EcoSync is a software-as-a-service product. There is no physical shipping.
No shipping: We do not sell or ship hardware, devices, or merchandise. Access is delivered digitally after signup or payment confirmation.
When access is available
Starter accounts are available immediately after email verification. Paid Pro features unlock after Razorpay payment confirmation (and remain active through the paid billing period).
Cloud analysis features require you to connect credentials (or an IAM role) from the dashboard — that connection is also digital and under your control.
What you receive
- Web dashboard access at ecosync.pro
- Optional email reports and in-app notifications
- API access for Pro+ plans (via dashboard-issued keys)
- Documentation and support via in-product channels
